Fees

The fee for a 45-50 minute psychotherapy session is $80.00. This rate is the same for an individual, family, or couples session.

For established clients utilizing telehealth services, there is an option for brief (25 minute) sessions at the rate of $40.00.

 

Payment is accepted in the form of check or credit card. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the beginning of every session. You will be asked for credit card information to book your first session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments in which 24 hours advanced notice is not given, including your first session.

Insurance

Maria Brachelli-Pigeon is not an in-network provider of any insurance plans. You will be provided a receipt for services that you may choose to turn in to your insurance company.
