Throughout our lives we maintain many relationships. My goal as a therapist is to help families, individuals, and couples seeking to rejuvenate and rebuild relationships at all stages.

My practice focuses on supporting clients through pivotal moments of their lives, whether you're making major life transitions from youth to college or working years, experiencing difficulty in your intimate partner or marital relationship, experiencing tensions over parenting and related decisions, grief issues, or managing relationships with elderly parents or children who have moved out of the house, or finding your house newly empty of college-aged children.

In therapy sessions, I use a lighthearted touch and maintain a calm, safe environment that not only makes difficult moments tolerable but also encourages you to be reflective and self-aware. I make every effort to ensure that my clients are equally supported and heard in our sessions.

I challenge my clients to shift from feeling stuck in their lives to moving and realizing their potential. Feelings of being stuck can be paralyzing and using the therapeutic process to take the next step can be a very powerful experience.

I encourage using a balance of formal self-assessments and creative/expressive means to determine your unique goals. Most importantly, I understand the strength it takes to seek therapeutic support for the struggles we encompass in relationships. That is why I am prepared to meet you at your comfort level to address your individual needs.

Thank you for considering me to be a partner in your process.
